Wie reserviere ich die Show?

Das Datum und die Show werden mit einer Anzahlung von 50% des gesamt Betrages angezahlt . Die anderen 50% muss man am selben Tag bevor die Show beginnt, bezahlt haben. Bei Änderung des Datums der Geburtstagsfeier Estrellitas Show wird keine Anzahlung zurückerstattet und man muss einen anderen Termin zum Normalsatz buchen.

 

Was passiert, wenn ich das Zahlungsdatum ändern möchte oder absage will?

Bitte bedenken Sie, dass Estrellita‘s Show nicht nur ihre Show verkauft sondern auch ihre Zeit und die Tage an den Sie reserviert worden sind. Der Tag an dem Sie buchen, wird für andere extra gesperrt und nicht frei gegeben für andere Personen.

Alle Personen die für eine Show am selben Tag anfragen, können wir leider nicht berücksichtigen und anfragen nicht annehmen. ¿Cómo hago para reservar el show?

La fecha y el show se reserva con un anticipio del 50% del valor. El otro 50% se cancela el mismo dia antes de iniciar el evento. En caso de cambio de fecha de la fiesta, no se devolvera el anticipio y debera comprar otra fecha a tarifa normal. Estrellitas shows no devuelve anticipios de shows reservados y consignados en caso de cambios de fecha o cancelaciones definitivas por diferentes razones del comprador.

¿Que pasa si reservo una fecha y doy el anticipo y después cambio la fecha o cancel el evento?

Estrellitas Show no solo vende el Show, sino su tiempo y sus días. Solo hacemos una fiesta al día y al usted reservar un día y dar el anticipo esa fecha queda bloqueada. Todas las personas que preguntan por ese día no se les vende. Es un compromiso tanto de Estrellitas show como de la empresa que compra el día. Si usted cambia la fecha por cualquier motivo como por ejemplo: enfermedad de un asistente, viaje, compromiso de salón para el show, día festivo o puente, cambio de planes de la empresa, etc. Para nosotros es muy difícil vender ese día que usted reservo. El cambio de fecha después de dar el anticipo significa que usted pierde esa fecha y si desea el show debe comprar otra fecha a tarifa normal. Si por otro lado desea no hacer el Show después de dar el anticipo, no se devuelve el dinero pues el anticipo que usted nos dio seria nuestra única utilidad por ese día. How do I reserve the show?

You can reserve a date and show with a deposit of 50% of the total cost for the date and show. The other 50% must be paid prior to the start of the show.

What happens if I choose a date, pay the deposit and want to change the date or cancel the event?

Please keep in mind that Estrellita’s Show is not only selling their Entertainment, but also their time. The day that you book is, not available for other parties and therefore is a commitment between Estrellita’s Show and the person/people that purchase the day. If for whatever reason you need to change the date, (sickness, travel, holiday, change of plans, etc.) it is very difficult for us to fill the date you reserved. For this reason, you will be charged the full amount of the deposit for a change of date or cancellation of a show.
